About the Founder

Born into a lower middle-class family in a remote village in Jharkhand, Ms. Suchita Kumar overcame societal barriers that discouraged girls from pursuing education. With her mother’s support, she became the first girl in her family to complete higher education, earning a Master’s in Sociology and Rural Development.

To deepen her understanding of children’s and women’s needs, she pursued certifications in Mother and Child Health, Human Rights, and Child Psychology. With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Kumar is the founder of a successful preschool chain in Hyderabad and an advocate for improving the quality of Early Childhood Education in India, especially in smaller towns and villages.

Driven by professionalism, commitment, and a passion for quality education, she and her team aim to empower preschool and daycare owners through professional guidance, creating an ecosystem for sustainable success.
